Plot frequencies of subsequences

Description

Plot frequencies of subsequences.

Usage

## S3 method for class 'subseqelist'
plot(x, freq=NULL,cex=1,...)

Arguments

x

The subsequences to plot (a subseqelist object

freq

The frequencies to plot, support if NULL

cex

Plotting text and symbols magnification. See par.

...

arguments passed to barplot
